At Seek Balance Massage I strive to maintain the best care and environment for my clients. In order to do so I have my policies in place to assure there is no confusion or concern before your massage appointment(s). please read and agree to the terms and of course contact me with any questions you may have.

Cancellations

Please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment by - phone call, text, or responding to your confirmation email reschedule/cancel button ONLY (I do not get notified any other way). This gives me as much time as possible to allow me to fill the appointment time. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will be responsible to pay full amount of scheduled session by CC held on file or Invoice. If you are unable to make your appointment and need to cancel on the same day, you may gift (you pay) or give (they pay) your appointment time to someone else.

Late Arrivals/ Ending Early

Please try and contact me if you are experiencing any delays making it to your appointment on time. If you are late your session time may be shortened and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session. If you need to end your scheduled session earlier than the time reserved please contact your therapist at least 24 hours in advance to adjust your appointment. You are responsible to pay the full amount of scheduled session if time change is requested on the same day of appointment.

Sexual Harassment

Will NOT be tolerated. If you make any sexual remarks or advances towards your therapist or anyone in Seek Balance Massage, you will be asked to leave and be charged the full amount of your scheduled session.
